Life Group Nights

Have I ever mentioned how much I love my Life Group!?!? Well, if I haven't, I Love my Life Group!

Usually we meet on Thursdays at somebody's house, but since the weather has been so nice and one of the couples just happens to own a boat, we have moved our "meetings" to Wednesday night...on the boat :) It has been so much fun hanging out with these friends and learning how to wake board all over again! We had a great time last night, and I took some pictures to prove it:

I'm going to apologize in advance for these next pictures, it was getting dark so the pictures are dark and somewhat blurry since my flash couldn't reach to where Bryan was, but he's putting on a seriously good show!

New Toy

Well, we got another new toy! It has been Seth's dream since he was just a wee chap to own a bike/motorcycle/crotchrocket, and now his dream has come true.

We picked up this little beauty last night and I must say we got an awesome deal on it! Guy, aka Brian in Goldsboro, sold it to us for dealer trade-in, and it has some nice mods on it already. Brian and his wife Crystal were super nice and could not have made my husband any happier!





They also gave us a free helmet, which was super nice. Although I'm not sure if I'll wear it. This bike was Crystal's and she had full pink gear to wear at one point, but after being chased by somebody who was hitting on her, she decided that advertising she was a girl was probably not such a good idea and switched to a different palate. So we have a free pink helmet that Seth actually wore for a little bit last night while he was riding. I really should have gotten a picture of that!

Color Me Bad!

So.....I go a little crazy when I get off work early :)

Today and tomorrow my boss has allowed me to leave at 1 because I'm caught up with my work and summers are a slow time in our office, despite our efforts to keep them busy.

So on the way home I stopped by Sherwin Williams to check out some paint after I saw a beautiful color that Mrs. Grace picked up. Her color of choice was Tradewinds, which is beautiful!!! I wish it would work with my masterbath colors, but its a little to turquoise (sp?). But, I did pick up two colors for our house! I only have 'in process' pictures, but they show the contrast in color better, especially in the living room. Check it out!

I got the entire back wall of the living room/kitchen complete and 3/4 of the laundry room done. The living room is being painted the beige color, from the white.

I'm not sure I like how Carolina blue the laundry room turned out, so I might go over it with a little more of a dusty gray, but we'll see....

Girls Night!

My friend Cassandra and I decided to treat ourselves to pedicures tonight! We had a great time and our toes look great...even though I don't have a picture of the finish product :( She got a really cute, fun and flirty pink while I got a metalic purple.

Our toes are stylin! And the place we went to was very nice and very close to home, which is convenient and dangerous!
